Under Obama’s new “Health care” Plan, people who because of their consciences for religious or other reasons  do not agree that homosexuality is “normal and healthy” may be labeled mentally ill. Think about the old Soviet Union for a moment. The all powerful State could label anyone mentally ill and put them away. The same thing in many other Communist countries. In North Korea, as many of you know, Christians are routinely tortured and put in prison for their stands on conscience.

 The U.S. Government has now for years been attempting to alter the people’s beliefs and consciences to accept things they  never would have had they simply been left alone. “Gay marriage”? Of course the media has played their part and is nothing less than an accomplice to further the destruction of the Christian Nation that was once America. Yes, when I was growing up, many of the public school teachers explained to us that the United Sates was the first Christian Nation. (If you look into the History of the United States you will see how Christian we were. See David Barton)

 The founders of the United States forefathers came here for religious purposes, mainly to escape from religious persecution and to be able to believe however they wanted. Most of the countries they were from had a State church you had to belong to or you would be in trouble if you disagreed with it or believed anything different. Many of these folks thought the State churches were dead spiritually and wanted to worship apart from them.

The country was founded upon the idea that you were free to believe however your conscience dictated. The Government was not to tell you how to think or what to believe. Well, all that is different now. The government is routinely imposing its “belief system” on us. This is not the United States of the Constitution or of the founding fathers. It is another country.

The Department of “Education” is nothing more than a re-education arm of the government. The Department of Education implemented a plan for “values clarification” using “change agents”, usually in the past simply called teachers, to instill a secular humanist mindset in the students. It has worked.

There was a Socialist/Communist agenda to tear down Christianity in this country, to disarm if possible the citizens especially the Christians, and to subdue the people with various forms of mind control. What else can you call it? When almost 70% of our drinking water and much of our food has the same drug substance found in  Prozac in them, and no one seems to care, what else can you call it? New “Policies” are repeated over and over on TV until the citizens repeat the same lines like parrots and act as if they are the ones that came up with whatever stupid policy it is at the time. Thought control, mind control. If you dare think for yourself or disagree, you might be a “terrorist”. How evil.

“Led by Senator Jeff Sessions, Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee are starting to do what the McCain campaign and the Republican Party failed to do in the 2008 election: defining Barack Obama, his ideology, and his unconstitutional, authoritarian approach to governing.

“By making the Sotomayor confirmation hearings about President Obama’s governing philosophy–including his beliefs that judges should change constitutional principles and the law–Senate Republicans are showing that Obama’s views are radical and dangerous. Abortion: a Eugenics Program?

July 14 /Christian Newswire/ — Barry McLerran, producer of the just-released documentary “Demographic Bomb: Demography is Destiny” — sequel to “Demographic Winter” — said he was appalled by recent comments of Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg that she viewed abortion as a form of population control.

In an interview published in yesterday’s New York Times Magazine, Ginsburg said, “I had thought that at the time Roe was decided , there was concern about population growth and particularly the growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”

McLerran commented: “Ginsburg is speaking of the poor here. Her thinking reflects the mindset of the liberal elite, which has long felt that getting rid of people is the easiest solution to pressing problems.”

2Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

It is time that all of us who are Christians, or who claim to be, to do exactly as this above scripture says. If we do not humble ourselves and turn to God now, our nation will continue to go down. If we do turn our hearts toward God in true repentance, I believe this nation will be healed.

Yes, we are at war. A culture war has been waged against us. We, as a collective body, have hardly begun to respond. Wait until we do! Soon, I believe millions of us will be actively involved, fighting this battle. But, our strength to fight this war cannot be attained by the flesh. We must war in the Spirit. How can we war in the Spirit if we are not close to God? We can’t. We lose by default.

Sure, we must be active. We must get involved in the culture. We’ve got to do our part. Too many, way too many, sit idly on the sidelines while our nation goes down. Get up and get out! But far be it from me to encourage you to go slay the dragon without weapons or armor. Look to the Almighty. Get close to Him and then go out in His armor, using His weapons, and you will not be defeated. We will not be defeated.

I believe as God’s people realize how much the enemy has stolen, that they will begin to get angry and get off their duffs. We need people spreading the Gospel. We need to show the love of Christ to all these people. We need to let our Senators and Congress people know that we will not be walked all over any more. It is time to stand up and be counted! This battle is not over, it has just begun.

If everyone who is active could register one other person to vote we could have whoever we wanted in the Senate and in the Congress. Stop whining and saying it could never happen. The media is lying to all the Christians all the time. They act as if we are nothing. They do this so we will be nothing. It is a lie, though.

We are the body of Christ in the United States and need to realize we do have the power and influence in this country far beyond any other group. Let’s stop being rolled and played. Get up and get out in the power of the Spirit. Run for office. Help the poor. Share with others. Produce TV shows. Get involved! It is not over, we are just now waking up!

7th Circuit Court of Appeals Upholds Illinois Parental Notice Act

CHICAGO, July 14 /Christian Newswire/ — Today, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit dissolved the federal injunction against the Illinois Parental Notice of Abortion Act. As a direct result of the court’s decision (Zbaraz v. Hartigan), Illinois parents will be entitled, for the first time since Roe v. Wade was decided, to notification before their minor daughters are taken for abortions. The decision is the culmination of four years work by the Thomas More Society, particularly TMS Special Counsel Paul Linton, who devised the legal strategy which ultimately led to the lifting of the injunction.

Scarborough Calls for Overthrow of Obama’s Czars

WASHINGTON, July 13 /Christian Newswire/ — Originally, the word “czar” referred to an autocratic ruler with despotic powers – the very antithesis of democracy.

Abstinence Advocates Get Slapped in the Face by House Sub Committee

July 10 /Christian Newswire/ — Federal funding for abstinence until marriage education was stripped from the budget today in the House subcommittee, led by Rep. David Obey (D-WI). The budget now goes to the full committee and to the full House of Representatives.

Proponents of contraceptive-only sex education have long awaited the day when they are given free reign over the sexualization of our children. There is a small minority of very well federally funded groups who try to give the perception that contraceptive-only sex education programs are effective at protecting teens from the problems related to sexual activity.

Studies of contraceptive-only sex education reveal that there is no evidence that condom programs are effective at decreasing teen pregnancy or STDs.

It was also found that abstinence programs have produced broad-based and sustained increases in the percentage of youth who remain sexually abstinent.

There is evidence that abstinence education is an effective primary prevention strategy. The research does not support abandoning abstinence education in favor of a contraceptive-only sex education strategy that has not been proven to be successful.

Abstinence advocates are calling on President Obama for bipartisan support and to stop politicizing the health of our children.

“We’ve got news for the condom worshipers,” says Leslee Unruh, President of the National Abstinence Clearinghouse, “abstinence education is not going away any time soon. Taxpayers will not tolerate their money being used for ideological latex-only programs and the molestation of their children’s minds and future.”

The Abstinence Clearinghouse continues to work on the front lines to protect abstinence until marriage, without compromise.
